Prices:
Pricing is based on the current market price and thus is subject to change without prior notice. Unique Wholesale Jewelry is not responsible for printing errors.

Orders:
Orders can be made at our online catalog, phone, fax or email. Please fill out new customer form to shop online. An opening order of $250.00 in the USA is required before 4% State Sales Tax (applies to LA accounts only), C.O.D. and shipping charges. International accounts require a $300.00 minimum order. Re-orders are a minimum of $50.00. Any amount under $50.00, before tax and shipping, will incur a $4.00 service charge. There will be no exceptions. Unique Wholesale Jewelry only sells to retail and wholesale businesses that carry jewelry products and have a valid Federal Tax ID. If you do not meet these criteria, we are more than happy to refer you to one of our accounts closest to you.

Terms:
Open Accounts (Net 30 Days) are available to retail and wholesale businesses currently rated #1 or #2 by “The Jewelry Board Of Trade” with a completed signed credit application on file. Net 30 days terms are also available to any account that has purchased from Unique regularly and is in good standing for a period of one year. And also, has an approved and signed application on file. An application will be sent upon request. Processing a credit application will take 4 to 6 weeks from receipt. Notification of credit approval status and credit limit will be mailed out as soon as possible. A 2% interest rate per month (24% per annum) will be applied on all unpaid balances. There is a $30 service fee on all N.S.F. checks. After two N.S.F. checks, your company will be placed on a cash only basis or your account will be closed. Customer will pay all cost, including legal fees and court cost, on uncollected accounts. All other accounts may pay by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Pre-paid or C.O.D. Check.

Shipping:
Depending on the amount of order volume, we ship most orders within 24 hours. We use Federal Express, United Parcel Service (UPS). Shipping cost includes freight cost, insurance cost, fuel surcharge cost and packaging cost. An additional charge of $8.50 is accessed to all cash on delivery (C.O.D.) charges. Should you not receive your order on time, please contact us immediately.
